Ingredients

  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 cup kale
  • 8 slice turkey breast, deli style

Serve With

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup almonds, whole
  • 4 medium apple

Instructions

  • Slice pitas in half and slice avocado.
  • Stuff pitas with kale,turkey, and avocado.
  • Mix seeds and nuts together in a small bowl.
  • Core and slice apples. (If sending to-go, be sure to toss apple slices in a small amount of lemon juice first to prevent them from turning brown; or, simply leave whole.)
  • Serve stuffed pitas with seed/nut mixture and apples on the side.
