- 4 large pita, whole wheat
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 cup kale
- 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds, whole
- 4 medium apple
- Slice pitas in half and slice avocado.
- Stuff pitas with kale,turkey, and avocado.
- Mix seeds and nuts together in a small bowl.
- Core and slice apples. (If sending to-go, be sure to toss apple slices in a small amount of lemon juice first to prevent them from turning brown; or, simply leave whole.)
- Serve stuffed pitas with seed/nut mixture and apples on the side.
