- 1 medium (approx 2-3/4″ long, 2-1/2 dia.) bell pepper, red
- 4 pita, large (6-1/2″ dia) pita, whole wheat
- 1 cup hummus
- 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 1 cup spinach
- 4 medium (3″ dia) apple
- Slice pepper thinly. Cut pitas in half, split open and spread an even amount of hummus amongst each one. Add peppers, 2 slices turkey and spinach. Serve with apples.
