Pita Lunchbox

Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 medium orange
  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup hummus

Instructions

  • Mash avocado and stir in lemon juice.  Cut oranges into wedges. Slice pitas into triangles.  Place these and the remaining ingredients into a compartmentalized lunchbox.
