- 2 medium peach
- 4 slice ham, deli sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cranberries, dried, sweetened
- 1 cup pistachios, shelled
Cube cheese into bite sized pieces. If desired, use a food cutter to cut cheese into fun shapes!
Cut peaches into wedges.
Roll ham inside spinach leaves and then proceed to pack the lunch ingredients into separate containers to be packed and ready for later.
