- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 4 leaf outer lettuce, green leaf
- 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 4 cup, cubes watermelon
- 4 serving Goldfish Crackers
- Place tortilla, lettuce leaf, turkey slices, and cheese on top of one another, and roll up. Slice in 2-3 pieces, or pinwheels (may place a toothpick to hold shape). Condiments may be added as well.
- Serve with watermelon chunks and goldfish.
