  • 2 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
  • 1/2 cup mango cubes, frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and mix away! If needed, the ingredients can be separated to make two servings at a time.
  • Serve immediately.
