- 2 medium cucumber
- 2 cup, chunks pineapple
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup spinach
- 4 large egg
- Hard-boil eggs. Cool to room temperature and peel.
- While eggs are boiling, peel cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Add cucumber to blender along with chopped pineapple, orange juice, vanilla and spinach; blend well. Add ice for a thicker consistency as desired.
- Serve each slush with a hard-boiled egg on the side.
