- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 medium carrot
- 4 slice ham, deli sliced
- Thinly slice pineapple and then cut into pieces that are similar in size to the crackers.
- Spread cottage cheese onto each cracker. Top with pineapple and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cut cucumber and carrots into sticks; roll up inside the ham.
- Serve immediately.
