Pico De Gallo

  • 3 medium tomato, red
  • 1/4 medium onion, red
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 medium lime
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1/2 medium peppers, jalapeño

Serve With

  • 4 ounce tortilla chips


  • Place ingredients in a food processor; pulse a few times until it is of consistency desired (jalapeño may be left out for less heat).
  • Refrigerate a few hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
