- 4 ounce turkey bacon
- 4 large egg
- 4 large egg white
- 2 tablespoon pesto
- 2 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
- 4 medium banana
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Cook bacon until crispy. Place napkins or paper towels on a plate and transfer cooked bacon from the skillet to the napkins. Pat with napkins to remove excess grease.
- Whisk eggs and egg whites and add to same skillet bacon was cooked in. Allow eggs to cook for 2-3 minutes and then stir to scramble. Cook until no longer runny. Crumble bacon and add to eggs along with pesto. Stir to combine; cook for 1 minute to heat through.
- Serve with a side of yogurt topped with sliced bananas.
