- 4 ounce turkey bacon
- 4 large egg
- 4 large egg white
- 2 tablespoon pesto
- 2 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
- 4 medium banana
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Cook bacon until crispy. Place napkins or paper towels on a plate and transfer cooked bacon from the skillet to the napkins. Pat with napkins to remove excess grease.
Whisk eggs and egg whites and add to same skillet bacon was cooked in. Allow eggs to cook for 2-3 minutes and then stir to scramble. Cook until no longer runny. Crumble bacon and add to eggs along with pesto. Stir to combine; cook for 1 minute to heat through.
Serve with a side of yogurt topped with sliced bananas.
