Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 serving pizza dough, whole wheat
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 4 ounce mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon basil, fresh

Salad

  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 medium lemon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Drizzle olive oil over each individual ball of pizza dough. Give each family member their dough, 1/4 cup of sauce, an ounce of shredded cheese, some chopped basil, and any other toppings they may desire. Have fun topping, then bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
  • Toss together lettuce, blueberries, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.  Spritz with a little fresh lemon juice. Serve cold while waiting for your pizzas.
