- 1 cup green peas, frozen
- 2 cup hummus
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 2 cup grapes
- 2 cup carrots, baby
- 2 cup broccoli, florets
- 4 stick string cheese
- Thaw peas. Meanwhile, spread 4 slices of bread with hummus and top each with 2 slices of turkey. Mash peas and spread onto remaining 4 slices of bread. Close sandwiches and slice in half or quarters.
- Serve with grapes, carrots, broccoli and cheese on the side.
