- 8 each rice cakes, brown rice, plain
- 8 tablespoon peanut butter, all-natural
- 1 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 2 medium cucumber
- 2 medium banana
- Spread each rice cake with 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Chop strawberries. Sprinkle strawberries and coconut on top of each rice cake.
- Serve each with cucumber slices and half a banana.
