Ingredients

  • 8 each rice cakes, brown rice, plain
  • 8 tablespoon peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Serve With

  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 2 medium banana

Instructions

  • Spread each rice cake with 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Chop strawberries. Sprinkle strawberries and coconut on top of each rice cake.
  • Serve each with cucumber slices and half a banana.
