- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
- 3 medium peach
- 1 cup oats, dry
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Add milk and yogurt to blender. Peel and dice 1 peach and add to blender along with remaining ingredients (minus the remaining peaches). Blend well.
- Serve with sliced peaches on the side.
