  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter, all-natural
  • 4 tablespoon jam, all-fruit
  • 1/8 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 4 medium apple


  • Spread your pita with peanut butter and then drop the jelly onto it to resemble pepperoni.  Follow up with a sprinkling of coconut for a cheese-like appearance.
  • Serve with sugar snap peas and apples.
