Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1/4 cup, chopped walnuts
  • 2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

Instructions

  • Make oats as directed on package (note that the liquid for the oats is not included in the recipe).
  • After oats are cooked, divide into 4 serving bowls and top each with 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon walnuts, and 1/2 cup of blueberries. Top with 1/4 cup of almond milk and serve.
