Ingredients

  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/8 cup maple syrup, pure
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried

Instructions

  • Mix together oats, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla; place in a sealable container and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, scoop oats out into individual dishes then add toppings as desired.
