- 2 cup oats, dry
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 cup, sliced strawberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- If you have mason jars, prepare 4 individual jars filling each with: 1/2 cup dry, uncooked oats, 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 1/2 tbsp honey and a few tablespoons of coconut; mix well, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. Your breakfast will be waiting for you in the morning! –no mason jars? No problem! Just use a large bowl that has a cover and mix all ingredients together, cover the dish and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
