- 1 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, canned in juice
- 3/4 cup (8 fl oz) Greek yogurt, vanilla
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Whisk the oranges and the juice in a blender; then add the yogurt, honey and vanilla; blend again. Pour an even amount into paper cups; allow to freeze for 30 minutes. Add the popsicle sticks and then allow to fully freeze before serving.
