- 1 cup ricotta cheese, part skim milk
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 medium orange
- Mix ricotta with honey and nutmeg.
- Toast bread; spread each slice with 1/4 cup ricotta mixture.
- Slice oranges and place on top of ricotta, or serve on the side.
