- 1 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 cup orange
- 1 1/2 cup grapes
- In a small saucepan, bring the milk, orange juice and salt to a boil. Stir in oats and bring back to a boil. Simmer on medium for 20-30 minutes, until desired texture.
- Stir in orange peel and orange slices. Serve with additional orange wedges and grapes.
