Ingredients

  • 4 cup water
  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin, canned
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seed kernels

Serve With

  • 4 medium orange

Instructions

  • Heat water, oats, brown sugar, and pumpkin in a pot over medium heat.  Cook till boiling and remain stirring for about 4-5 minutes, or until oatmeal is the texture you prefer.
  • Top with shelled pumpkin seeds.
  • Serve with sliced oranges.
