Ingredients

  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 2 medium apple
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  • Heat oats and water on medium high until water begins to boil. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 3-5 minutes, until oats are soft and desired consistency is met.  Remove from stove and divide between four bowls.
  • Top each with 1/4 cup of milk, 1/2 tablespoon of wheat germ, chopped apples, and a drizzle of honey.
