Oats & Wheat
A filling back-to-basics breakfast. Warm up with this simple, wholesome comfort food, sweetened with apple and honey.Print Pin Rate
- 2 cup oats, dry
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon wheat germ
- 2 medium apple
- 1/4 cup honey
- Heat oats and water on medium high until water begins to boil. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 3-5 minutes, until oats are soft and desired consistency is met. Remove from stove and divide between four bowls.
- Top each with 1/4 cup of milk, 1/2 tablespoon of wheat germ, chopped apples, and a drizzle of honey.
