Servings: 4 1/2 cup oats, prepared, 1/2 cup peaches

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 4 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 medium peach


  • Prepare oats as directed on the package.
  • Before serving mix in 1 tablespoon flax seeds (may be milled/ground), 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, top with 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/8 cup cranberries, 1 tablespoon walnuts, and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Serve peaches diced, and on top of oatmeal or just sliced and on the side.
