- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 4 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 2 medium peach
- Prepare oats as directed on the package.
- Before serving mix in 1 tablespoon flax seeds (may be milled/ground), 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, top with 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/8 cup cranberries, 1 tablespoon walnuts, and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Serve peaches diced, and on top of oatmeal or just sliced and on the side.
