- 2 medium banana
- 1/8 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1/8 cup chia seeds
- Slice ends off of each banana to make them smooth on each end. Cut into quarters and stand bananas up on a plate. Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto the tops of each banana and top with a sprinkle of chia seeds.
