  • 3 medium (3″ dia) apple
  • 1/2 fruit (2-3/8″ dia) lemon
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter, all-natural


  • Core and slice apples.  Squeeze the juice from one lemon onto your sliced apples.
  • Serve immediately with peanut butter for dipping.
