- 2 medium banana
- 1 1/3 cup oats, dry
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 1 large egg white
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1 cup blueberries
- Slightly mash bananas. In a large microwave safe bowl, mix bananas with oats, milk, egg whites, and cinnamon.
- Cook in microwave for 3-4 minutes, stopping halfway through to stir. Add more cook time if needed, being sure to stir frequently.
- Top off with peanut butter and fresh berries.
