Morning Muesli with Cranberries and PecansPrint Pin Rate
Servings: 4 1/2 cup servings
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cup oats, dry
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- In a large bowl, combine milk with honey, yogurt, and vanilla. Add oats and cranberries and mix together. Cover bowl and place entire bowl in fridge overnight.
- Next morning, divide into four bowls and garnish with nuts.
