Monster Sammies and Franken Kiwi

  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 4 leaf outer lettuce
  • 4 ounce provolone cheese
  • 8 medium green olives

Serve With

  • 4 medium kiwi


  • Using a large circle cutter or a wide mouthed cup, cut a large circle out of each slice of bread (try to use as much as the bread as possible to avoid waste).
  • Spread mayo over 4 bread rounds. Top with turkey, lettuce, provolone cheese, and the remaining bread circles, forming 4 sandwiches.
  • Using toothpicks, secure two olives to the top of each sandwich, forming eyes.
  • Serve kiwi on the side.
