- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
- 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 leaf outer lettuce
- 4 ounce provolone cheese
- 8 medium green olives
Using a large circle cutter or a wide mouthed cup, cut a large circle out of each slice of bread (try to use as much as the bread as possible to avoid waste).
Spread mayo over 4 bread rounds. Top with turkey, lettuce, provolone cheese, and the remaining bread circles, forming 4 sandwiches.
Using toothpicks, secure two olives to the top of each sandwich, forming eyes.
Serve kiwi on the side.
