Ingredients

  • 4 slice (1 oz) cheddar cheese
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat

Serve With

  • 4 fruit MANGO, FRESH
  • 2 medium bell pepper, green
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions

  • Heat sandwich press.
  • Place one slice of cheese in between two bread slices to make a sandwich. Cook in sandwich press until cheese melts. Cut in half. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Serve with mango cubes, pepper slices, and salsa for dipping.
