- 4 slice (1 oz) cheddar cheese
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 fruit MANGO, FRESH
- 2 medium bell pepper, green
- 1 cup salsa
- Heat sandwich press.
- Place one slice of cheese in between two bread slices to make a sandwich. Cook in sandwich press until cheese melts. Cut in half. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with mango cubes, pepper slices, and salsa for dipping.
