- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
- 3 ounce cheddar cheese
- 1 cup peaches, canned in own juice
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly among bread slices.
- Place bread on center rack of oven. Leave in long enough for the cheese to get melted and bubbly. Approximately 1 – 2 minutes.
- Serve with peaches.
