  • 1/2 medium watermelon
  • 1 medium cantaloupe
  • 1 tablespoon mint, fresh


  • Dig out 2 cups of watermelon with a melon baller and about the same amount of cantaloupe. (If you don’t have a melon baller then cubes will work too.) Combine and serve with optional finely diced mint mixed in.
