- 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
- 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 4 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Thoroughly rinse quinoa, then mix together with milk in pan on stove. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low, simmer for 10-15 minutes or until desired tenderness.
- Serve with walnuts and blueberries on top, drizzled with maple syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon.
