- 3 medium avocado
- 1 medium lime
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Prepare avocados by cutting in half, removing the pit, and scooping out the meat into a bowl. Mash them up with a fork or pastry cutter.
- Juice your lime and add juice to the avocado.
- Mix in sour cream.
- The salt and garlic powder are really just added to taste. You can also add black pepper if desired.
