- 4 cup kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Place parchment paper onto baking sheet.
- Wash and dry kale well so oil will stick to leaves. Cut leaves away from stem and tear into bite-sized pieces. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread onto baking sheet.
- Bake 10-15 minutes or until edges are brown but not burned.
