- 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 cup, chopped kale
- 1 medium orange
- 1 1/2 cup, chunks pineapple
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger root, fresh
- Add milk and kale to a high powered blender. Mix well, allowing kale to break down.
- Peel orange. Add to the blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend well, adding ice if desired until preferred consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately.
