Kale Up – Smoothie

  • 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 cup, chopped kale
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1 1/2 cup, chunks pineapple
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger root, fresh


  • Add milk and kale to a high powered blender. Mix well, allowing kale to break down.
  • Peel orange. Add to the blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend well, adding ice if desired until preferred consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately.
