- 4 regular English muffin, wheat
- 4 tablespoon butter, unsalted
- 1 cup, chopped kale
- 8 slice ham, deli sliced
- 4 slice (1 oz) cheddar cheese
- 4 medium banana
- Toast muffins and spread each side with butter. Remove center stem from kale and add to muffins along with ham and cheese. Top with remaining muffin halves. Serve each muffin with a banana.
