- 1/4 cup flaxseed, ground
- 1/8 cup vanilla protein powder
- 4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 4 medium banana
- 4 cup peaches, frozen, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1/4 cup honey
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. More or fewer peaches may be added depending on personal taste.
- Add more milk and/or ice to the mixture until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately.
