Icy Peaches!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Milk, Low fat 1%
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long) banana
  • 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) yogurt, fruit variety, nonfat
  • 2 slices peaches, frozen, sliced

Instructions

  • Blend together milk, protein powder and banana.
  • Add yogurt and frozen peaches, blend.  Add more milk if you need to help it blend, but keep it thick. Serve.
