- 1/2 cup Milk, Low fat 1%
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long) banana
- 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) yogurt, fruit variety, nonfat
- 2 slices peaches, frozen, sliced
- Blend together milk, protein powder and banana.
- Add yogurt and frozen peaches, blend. Add more milk if you need to help it blend, but keep it thick. Serve.
