Ice Cream Flavored Yogurt Gummies

Ingredients

Strawberry Gummies

  • 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 2/3 cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 3 envelope (1 tbsp) gelatin, dry powder, unsweetened

Vanilla Gummies

  • 2/3 cup yogurt, plain
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 envelope (1 tbsp) gelatin, dry powder, unsweetened

Chocolate Gummies

  • 2/3 cup yogurt, plain
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 3 envelope (1 tbsp) gelatin, dry powder, unsweetened

Mint Gummies

  • 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • 1/4 tablespoon mint, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 1/2 envelope (1 tbsp) gelatin, dry powder, unsweetened

Blue Moon Gummies

  • 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 envelope (1 tbsp) gelatin, dry powder, unsweetened

Instructions

  • Combine the yogurt, fruit, sweetener, flavor and spice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan.
  • Whisk in the gelatin and let sit 3 minutes.
  • Heat the mixture over low-medium heat, stirring frequently, just until warmed and gelatin is dissolved (the mixture will loosen/liquify and the dots of gelatin will disappear, about 5-6 minutes).
  • Pour the mixture into candy molds or a baking pan and transfer to the refrigerator to gel.
  • Allow the gummies to gel completely before removing from molds (about 20 minutes).
  • Remove gummies from molds or cut into shapes.
  • Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
