Ingredients

  • 2 cup chili with beans, canned
  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 4 dates, Medjool
  • 12 Crackers, Whole-Wheat, Low Salt

Instructions

  • Using leftover chili from last nights dinner, or canned chili, place a small serving into a packable container along with cucumber sticks, hummus, crackers and dates.
