  • 4 medium carrot
  • 1 medium bell pepper, red
  • 1/2 cup hummus

Instructions

  • Slice carrots and bell pepper–use a crinkle cutter if you have one; kids love food in shapes! (You can find crinkle cutters at places with miscellaneous gadgets such as Bed Bath and Beyond.)
  • Serve veggies with hummus for dipping.
