- 30 ounce chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon honey
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Rinse and drain chickpeas, then pat dry with a paper towel. Place in preheated oven and roast for 35-45 minutes or until crispy. Don’t let them get too dark!
- Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Immediately toss in the chickpeas and serve.
