Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup (1/2″ cubes) tofu, soft
  • 1 1/2 cup raw green peas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1 fruit (2″ dia) lime

Serve With

  • 4 large pita, whole wheat

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Serve with pita wedges for dipping.
