Healthy Chia Bites

  • 1 cup oats, dry
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Combine ingredients together until well mixed.
  • Add any additional add-ins: nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, etc.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Shape into bites.
