- 4 ounce turkey bacon
- 1 stalk green onion
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1 tomato tomato, yellow
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cup blueberries
- 2 cup yogurt, plain
- 2 medium carrot
- Cook the bacon and slice the green onion.
- Lay out bread and top each of 4 slices with a slice of tomato, bacon, spinach, and green onions; top each with a second slice of bread and place sandwiches in sandwich press; heat until toasted.
- Serve blueberries with yogurt, and carrots.
