- 4 medium egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 medium orange
- Place the eggs in a medium saucepan; cover with water by about 1/2 an inch. Add the baking soda. Place on the stove and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, set a timer for 12 minutes.
- When your timer dings, remove from the stove and immediately add the eggs to a bowl of cold water. After about 10 minutes, remove eggs from water and chill in the fridge until eggs are cool to the touch.
- Slice oranges and serve with eggs.
