Hard Boiled Egg and Oranges

Ingredients

  • 4 medium egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Serve With

  • 4 medium orange

Instructions

  • Place the eggs in a medium saucepan; cover with water by about 1/2 an inch. Add the baking soda. Place on the stove and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, set a timer for 12 minutes.
  • When your timer dings, remove from the stove and immediately add the eggs to a bowl of cold water.  After about 10 minutes, remove eggs from water and chill in the fridge until eggs are cool to the touch.
  • Slice oranges and serve with eggs.
