  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 4 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 medium bell pepper, yellow
  • 2 cup carrots, baby
  • 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup blueberries


  • Cut pita bread in half. Stuff each with ham, spinach, and a few slices of bell pepper.
  • Sprinkle berries on top of yogurt. Serve pitas with carrots and yogurt on the side.
