  • 4 bagel bagel, wheat
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 1 tbsp, leaves BASIL, DRIED, GROUND
  • 1 medium whole (2-3/5″ dia) tomato, red
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 4 medium (3″ dia) apple


  • Slice bagels in half horizontally, and stuff each with cheese, spinach, ham and basil.  
  • Slice tomato and add to sandwich. Serve with broccoli and apples.
