- 8 large egg
- 2 cup guacamole
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 2 medium mango
- 1 medium bell pepper, red
- Hard boil eggs on your stove top, rinse in cold water, and peel. Cut eggs in half.
- Remove and discard (or save in your fridge) the yolks of the eggs. Fill with guacamole.
- Serve with toast, cubed mango and pepper sticks.
